Criminal labour law: Violations of technical or social health and safety regulations
My practice is the right one to consult should you or your company be concerned about the following accusations as possible criminal or administrative offences or if charges have already been brought in this regard.
- Industrial accidents involving the injury or death of a worker
- Violations of regulations under technical occupational safety law without industrial accident, e.g. inadequate or no risk assessment, inadequate preventive occupational medical care, violations related to the provision and use of operating equipment, inadequate protection of workers against hazardous substances, or violations of regulations governing the health and safety of workers in specific work situations
- Violations of employment protection regulations, e.g. through contravention of working time rules.
